1 Program Access & Pricing

• CodeData access across all 14 courses and 3 career paths is available for a one-time payment of $34 USD.
• This single payment grants you lifetime access to all current and future course materials within the program.
• Access is granted to the individual learner only and is non-transferable.
• You may study at your own pace, on your own schedule, for as long as you need.

2 Daily Reflection Requirement

• Learners are required to submit daily reflections documenting what they have learned during each active study session.
• A minimum of 90 reflection submissions per year (equivalent to 90 days of active learning per year) must be completed to maintain access to certifications, mentorship, and career support features.
• Each reflection must be a genuine, personal account of the learner's own learning experience for that day. Reflections must be submitted through the official CodeData learner portal.
• Failure to meet the 90-submission annual requirement may result in the suspension of certificate issuance and career placement support until the requirement is met.

3 Academic Integrity & Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the CodeData certificate and ensure fairness to all learners, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• No use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to generate, complete, or submit any assignment, project, quiz, reflection, or assessable coursework. This includes but is not limited to ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and similar tools.
• No plagiarism or misappropriation of another learner's project, assignment, code, dashboard, reflection, or any other coursework. Submitting work that is not your own is grounds for immediate permanent account termination without refund.
• No collaboration without explicit permission. Unless a project is designated as a group assignment by an instructor, all submitted work must be completed independently.
• Violations of academic integrity will be reviewed by the CodeData academic panel. Confirmed violations may result in permanent revocation of certificates, access, and eligibility for future programs.

4 Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All course content — including videos, written materials, datasets, exercises, projects, templates, and assessments — is the exclusive intellectual property of ITAI Technology (Reg No. PG0554293W) and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
• You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, re-publish, or share any course content, in whole or in part, in any format or through any medium, without the prior written consent of ITAI Technology (Reg No. PG0554293W).
• You may not reproduce or resell the CodeData certificate, course structure, curriculum, or any derivative thereof as your own product or service.
• You are permitted to share your own completed projects and portfolio pieces publicly, provided that you clearly attribute them as work completed as part of the CodeData program and do not represent CodeData-owned materials as your own creation.
• Breaches of copyright or intellectual property rights may result in legal action in addition to immediate account termination.

5 Account & Termination

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• ITAI Technology (Reg No. PG0554293W) reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice and without refund.
• Lifetime access is contingent on continued compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Serious or repeated violations void the lifetime access guarantee.

6 Changes to These Terms

ITAI Technology (Reg No. PG0554293W) may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, enrolled learners will be notified by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
